How do I book?
Contact us via Whatsapp or email, and reserve your date. We require 50% deposit to secure your spot and the balance is due before you receive the link to download your images.
What payment do you accept?
You can EFT our business account (FNB).
Can more people be added to a session?
Our studio is small, so 4 people is usually the most we can accomodate but feel free to reach out and explain your idea, we can always see if the plan will work (especially if the extra people are children, or we can shoot in stages with one or two group shots only).
What if I need to cancel/ postpone?
We understand that life happens, with sicknesses and unforeseen circumstances. You may postpone a shoot once without charge if you let us know the day before, and stay flexible with the reschedule date. If you need to cancel outright, please let us know 24 hours before and we can refund your deposit. If you are a no-show or cancel a weekend session less than 24 hours in advance, unfortunately we will retain your deposit.
How long until I receive the photos?
We know you are excited to see your special images! We aim for a quick turnaround while keeping the highest quality post-production editing, therefore you will definitely receive them within 14 days, but often we can get them to you sooner. If anything is delayed due to circumstances beyond our control we will always communicate.
How do I receive the photos?
The files we send are high quality JPEGs that are print ready, therefore they are too big to be sent over regular email. You will get a WeTransfer link with 7 days to download the files. We will be on standby to assist with any troubleshooting. Please save and back up your photos as we cannot guarantee storing them beyond 3 months.
Do you offer discounts?
If you are a returning client you get a 10% discount. We sometimes run promotions so be sure to check out our social media pages and feel free to reach out.
Where is your studio?
In the heart of Table View near the Parklands Spar and Intercare, by the VW. We have street parking with cameras, a small lawn for kids to play in with a sandpit, a lounge with toys where you can relax and feed, and a change table set up for your convienience. This is our home and we welcome you to come as you are!
